A delicious salad!
Prepare 2 hard boiled eggs. Roast cauliflower marinated with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper in the broiler for about ten minutes or until brown and crisp. Marinate diced organic chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper & thyme. Turn pan on high heat, drizzle pan with a little olive oil and cook chicken while stirring until done and brown. Slice 1/4 of Asian pear into thin slices. Fill large bowl with baby spinach, roasted cauliflower, stir fried chicken, drizzle with a bit more olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss mixing and plate. Garnish with Asian pear and sliced boiled eggs. Dash with a bit of freshly ground pepper. Bon appetite!
